I'm a lover, and a complete sap. I fell into wedding photography about 7 years ago, and I think I've cried at every. single. wedding. over the years. I started off shooting landscapes, my friends, my family. In college, I discovered my deep love for hiking, and then I started combining my photography into my new passion for the outdoors. I think there's nothing greater than the juxtaposition of placing people in the mountains. The mountains are fierce, unpredictable, and wild. Kind of like me.

I'm the kind of girl who will just decide to go on a road trip across the country. Book the flight to Alaska solo and travel around in my rental Rav4 for weeks. Quit my job to hike all 2,193 miles of the Appalachian Trail alone. My friends and family have always called me nomadic because I've moved at least 12 or 13 times since starting college. I can't sit still. I'm always on the move, always creating. and I offer a different way of seeing the world. I choose adventure over the safe. I'm a dreamer and an idealist. Fiercely independent, while fiercely loving on my people. I'm all about the precious details and intimate moments.
