I really have to commend Jefferson for being so adaptable in a high-stress situation for his Chatham proposal he planned! Originally, he envisioned capturing his proposal photos on a Cape Cod Catamaran sailing charter in Wellfleet. However, Mother Nature had other plans, and the weather simply wouldn’t cooperate.
Undeterred, we quickly pivoted to a picturesque beach in Chatham for the proposal. But the challenges didn’t end there! As we arrived, we were greeted by unexpectedly fierce winds, which meant we had to scrap the drone photos that would have captured the breathtaking coastline from above.
Throughout this whirlwind, Jefferson remained calm and collected, all while cleverly convincing Hannah that everything was going according to plan for their romantic weekend getaway on Cape Cod. Despite the obstacles, the proposal was a resounding success! The love and joy shared between them were palpable, and it was a privilege to witness and capture these heartfelt moments. They are such a sweet couple, and I can’t wait to photograph their wedding next summer!
