An engagement session is a special moment in the lead-up to your wedding. It's probably the first time you and your partner have professional photos done, and it allows you to bond with your photographer and get comfortable. The location you choose can set the tone for your future memories. Cape Cod offers some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the country, making it the perfect place to capture the love and excitement of your engagement. I've put together a list of some of my favorite locations for your engagement session on Cape Cod. These are also popular, so I recommend we shoot right before sunset, or for the brave, right before sunrise!

Nauset Light Beach

With its iconic lighthouse and stunning beach vistas, Nauset Light Beach is a popular location for engagement sessions. The sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean make it the perfect spot for a romantic and intimate photo session. Restrooms and bathhouse are open seasonally. Access to the beach is via a short, downhill path from the parking area.

The harbor is probably my favorite spot, with the Great Island walk a close second! My partner is from Wellfleet so I know it like the back of my hand. You could even charter a sunset catamaran for your shoot with Cape Cod Catamaran!

Truro & Provincetown Sand Dunes
