Nantucket

I know, I know, I said Cape Cod. But Wareham is only slightly over the bridge, and I think this should still count because LOOK at this place. It's an estate that allows events, pets, and just look at all of that space! You could have a giant tent, something on the beach, the possibilities at this one are endless.

Upper Cape Cod

Historic Home in Falmouth, Sleeps 18

This historic home in Falmouth could be the perfect spot for your intimate wedding! It sleeps 18, there are 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and it has a big backyard to have a tent or chairs. It allows events and 1 pup with approval! It's right downtown and a 3 minute drive from the beach.

Mid Cape Cod

New West Dennis Home, Sleeps 16, 5 bed, 5.5 bath

This 3 year old home in Dennis is gorgeous, has private beach access, allows events, AND pets!

Yarmouth Oceanfront Mansion, 14 beds, 10 baths

Pictures don't do this one justice, because it's simply gorgeous! With 10 bedrooms and 14 beds, you and all of your friends will fit! Pricing is based on 10 people so the additional ones will be for a fee as there's a guest house, but it's located right on Englewood Beach in Yarmouth and you can't get a better view. Also, pet friendly. Win!

Lower Cape Cod

Mansion on the Water, Sleeps 16+, 15 Beds, 5.5 baths in Orleans

Buckle up because this one is my favorite on the whole list. Heated pool, private beach, mansion that sleeps 16+ with 15 beds! Note that weddings are only allowed in the Spring and the Fall after Labor day, and must be by the week rental. They will consider 3 day rentals in the off-season. Worth it? I think yes.

Chatham Mansion Sleeps 19

This mansion in Chatham allows small weddings, receptions and rehersal dinners! It sleeps 19, has 3.5 baths and 9 beds so your whole wedding party and fam can stay on site with you. It overlooks the salt marshes and Nantucket Sound.

Outer Cape Cod

Eagle's Neck Compound, Truro 10 Acres

This listing doesn't say no events, and I found a bunch of other brides saying they hosted a wedding here, so you'll definitely need to ask! At the very least, you'd be able to use the house to host your bridal party or family after the wedding, but I'm pretty sure it's a go! This house is waterfront and sleeps 16 with 10 bedrooms and 5.5 Baths and is incredibly beautiful!
